Walking with Dad
One of my favorite things to do is take morning walks with my dad. We live on opposite sides of the country and see each other once or twice a year so when we are together I like the time to be well spent. My dad turned 78 this summer. Hard to believe but true. He has super healthy eating and exercise habits — probably healthier than I do! Many of our blogs are inspired by what he does like quick pot meals, canning, baking, and gardening. No one can grow things like he can. He hikes with his two dogs Sushi and Panda every morning in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Here are my favorite photos from our walk in June.
