Bathroom – Before, During & After

Anyone who has owned an older home knows that with time renovations and updates have to be made. Buffy’s 1938 bungalow was no exception. This home had been well cared for by its original owner but after 80 years the bathroom and kitchen needed serious work. Bathrooms and kitchens are the two most expensive items to renovate. Before beginning the project, Buffy identified her wants and needs, saved funds to avoid taking out a homeowner’s loan, and then talked to friends and clients who had recently updated their own homes. These conversations led to craftsmen who knew how to work on older homes and could help create what she envisioned.
